The Act sets out principles for people with a disability and for disability service providers. Disability service providers are the Department of Health & Human Services and organisations that are registered under the Act to provide disability services.

Disability Services Australia (DSA) is a respected not-for-profit organisation that provides essential community support, employment and training services to enhance the lives of more than 2,000 people with a disability each year.

GoGov was developed out of a need for an online search engine and information portal that covers state, territory and federal public sector agencies and politicians throughout Australia. Our mission is to make finding government information as seamless as possible when searching across state, territory and federal governments. Whether it’s looking for government departments, finding your local member of parliament, searching through press releases, finding government resources and more, GoGov aims to make this easy.

People with Disability Australia Incorporated (PWDA) is a national disability rights and advocacy organisation. Our primary membership is made up of people with disability and organisations primarily constituted by people with disability. We also have a large associate membership of other individuals and organisations committed to the disability rights movement.

Disability Advocacy Network Australia (DANA) Ltd supports and strengthens independent disability advocacy agencies in their work of advocating for and with people with disabilities so that they are valued and included members of the community, their fundamental needs are met and their human rights are respected.

WWDA represents more than 2 million disabled women and girls in Australia and is run by and for women with disabilities. They operate as a transnational human rights and systemic advocacy organisation

PDA is the national peak body for people living with a physical disability, whose aim is to remove barriers through systematic advocacy to all levels of government to enable every Australian living with a physical disability opportunities to realise their full potential.
