The Australian National Botanic Gardens, jointly with the Australian National Herbarium, manages a large collection of photographs and other illustrations of its activities and Australian botany. The bulk of the collection consists of identified Australian plant species, but there is also a large number of environmental and conservation images.

The Australian National Botanic Gardens maintains a botanical information web portal for Australian plants. This portal provides access to information about the Australian National Botanic Gardens in Canberra, and also the Centre for Plant Biodiversity Research, jointly managed with CSIRO, in Canberra.

The Australian Native Plants Society (Australia) - ANPSA - caters for people interested in Australia's native flora whether that interest is simple appreciation of the beauty and diversity of the flora or whether it extends to propagation, cultivation and conservation.

The Australian Plant Name Index (APNI) is the source of What’s Its Name? and provides nomenclatural information on plant names used in Australia.

AABR was established in 1986 out of concern for the continuing survival and integrity of bushland and its dependent fauna in or near bushland areas, and seeks new members and friends for promoting good work practices in natural areas. The Association's aim is to foster and encourage sound ecological practices of bushland management by qualified people, and to promote the study and practice of Bush Regeneration.

Since its inception AIH has become the pre-eminent national body that represents the interests of and professional development of horticulturists in Australia. AIH represents approximately 1000 members throughout Australia and overseas.

Horticulture Australia Limited (HAL) is a not-for-profit, industry-owned company. It works in partnership with Australia’s horticulture industries to invest in research, development and marketing programs that provide benefit to industry and the wider community.

The Society is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes amateur gardening, horticultural and related activities throughout the State of Victoria.
